| Scope: | The client commissioned a two storey school extension under a design and build contract. The building, incorporated a new library, offices, staffroom and IT suite that linked the existing Junior and Infant schools on the site. We worked closely with the client to ensure that the design of this link building complimented the existing buildings. An existing basement was found within the footprint of the new building during the substructure works.We accelerated the programme to enable the building to be delivered on time. |
