| Scope: | The project involved the refurbishment of a 19th century community centre, and a new build extension of a modern sports hall. The pioneering project won the client a Public Service Excellence Award, and the centre’s facilities include an IT suite, conference centres and training rooms. We demonstrated our construction capabilities when we overcame the discovery of a 65m deep mineshaft in the footprint of the new extension. |
