| Scope: | As a result of fire damage, we replaced the roof structure and coverings on an existing community centre. Further structural renovations were carried out to the existing building, before we could continue with the internal refurbishment and a complete renewal of mechanical and electrical services which were contractor designed. We created a centre for the local community including a kitchen, hall, Council Chamber, youth and music area. |
