| Scope: | The client proposed a day care centre and requested our input at an early stage to develop the design with the consultants and provide budgeting information on this partnered project. This early involvement contributed to the completion of the project within tight programme deadlines. The site was on a severe gradient and the works involved a new single storey extension of a traditional construction, drainage and car parking facilities and alterations to the existing school. We were National Award Winners under the Considerate Contractors Scheme on this project. |
